A Note about COVID-19 from Melanie Reyes Photography:

I’m sure if you’re like me many of you have pressing concerns about how the day to day life will look like over the next few weeks in response to COVID-19 and even more so for those clients who have big life events and plans within that time frame. Your health and safety at Melanie Reyes Photography is our priority. Nothing is more important to us than your safety, and we are doing everything we can to ensure the wellbeing of our customers and employees. Melanie Reyes Photography is committed to following CDC guidelines to take preventative measures against the COVID-19 Virus and is closely monitoring its development. I can assure you that we are as a company taking proactive and voluntary measures to ensure you have a healthy experience with us.

Already this week we have begun to reach out to our scheduled clients to go over the measures we are taking to ensure we all remain healthy. We will be checking in with all of our upcoming portrait and event clients as their dates approach to make sure we have an appropriate plan in place. I do not have any weddings or bar/bat mitzvahs until the first week of May and like you hope that things will be less concerning by then. We will continue checking in with you and evaluating as the need arises.

In the meantime I will continue editing the work I’ve already created, continue to deliver weddings and events, answer emails, book future weddings and events, design albums and deliver and fulfill print orders. Any upcoming meetings will likely move from an in person format to phone/video chat. Any changes to our service or availability will be communicated directly to you via email or our website.
